In Short

• The primary objective of a Blend Solutions Engineer is to support the sales team as the Subject Matter Expert of the Blend mortgage and consumer banking product suite.
• Help maintain various demonstration environments and deliver live demonstrations to prospects and clients.
• Support integration and technical solutioning requirements associated with winning new business.
• Must demonstrate prior successful complex software management and delivery.
• Show a solution selling capability and command superb communication skills.
• Work primarily remote with travel around ~30-40%.
• Provide subject matter expertise for the Sales Organization.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of demonstration environments.
• Work cross-functionally with product and development teams.
• Draft content in documentation in support of overall solution delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years complex technology sales/delivery in the Consumer Banking or Financial Services space.
• Experience with SaaS software configuration, delivery, implementation.
• Experience with database and scripting languages including SQL, JSON, Apache Velocity.
• Experience with API integration and Postman.
• Timely and professional work ethic with a sense of urgency.
