Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

Huge is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join the global Tech team. The ideal candidate possesses a wide range of technical knowledge across multiple systems and solution types with a deep understanding and capabilities across one or more systems.

In Short

• Assemble an architecture of multiple platform capabilities to enable a world-class user experience.
• Define and present the architectural design of a system to the project team and stakeholders.
• Own and lead architectural conversations.
• Design a system that meets agreed SLAs.
• Identify architectural roadblocks and provide alternate approaches.
• Create limited scope proof of concepts (POCs) to validate minimal amounts of scope.
• Lead DevOps processes and implement them within a project.
• Mentor the development team and provide thought leadership.
• Deliver and ensure engineering best practices.
• Work with QA leads to help define the testing strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architecture at scale.
• Demonstrated success building platforms for web and mobile.
• Experience with complex third-party API integrations.
• Experience implementing robust authentication systems (Auth0).
• History of architecting and scaling e-commerce solutions.
• Experience with CMS, ecommerce, CDP, CRM, and mobile app development.
• Strong cloud architecture experience (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with OWASP security best practices.
• Experience with RESTful architecture and GraphQL.
• Understanding of video streaming technologies and content delivery networks.
