Overview

The Associate Director, Program Delivery will lead the delivery and management of complex client engagements while ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and team growth.

Requirements

• Experience in client services managing multi-year, multi-million dollar engagements.
• Strong understanding of web, applications, and digital product development.
• Experience with Design Systems and creative lifecycle preferred.
• Ability to manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience leading complex programs and teams.
