Associate Director, Programmatic - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Programmatic is accountable for driving all aspects of the programmatic team including the incorporation of omnichannel strategy into complex connected, story-driven, full-funnel experiences while bringing marketplace innovation and thought leadership into the agency and to our clients.

• Lead agency education on programmatic platforms.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in a digital marketing environment.
• 7+ years experience with programmatic platforms.
• 5+ years managing a team of direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and media activation.
• Experience with ad platforms like The Trade Desk and DV360.
• Proficient in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commercially astute with an eye for detail.
