Associate Director, Programmatic Strategy & Activation - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Programmatic Strategy & Activation is a pivotal leadership role responsible for owning the expansion of our Programmatic service offerings and driving forward the strategic vision of the department.

In Short

• Develop and implement comprehensive programmatic strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in programmatic roles.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in B2B/SaaS programmatic growth.
• Strong understanding of programmatic and other channels.
• Proven track record in media planning and measurement frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise in building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs.
• Experience in supporting new business pitches.
• Ability to provide clear POVs and subject matter expertise.
• Strong cross-collaboration and communication skills.
• Solid analytical ability and attention to detail.
