The Associate Director, Media Activation is responsible for driving all aspects of the media activation process and workflow, ensuring flawless execution and activation of media plans across all channels for a select group of accounts.

• 5+ years managing a team of direct reports.
• 2+ years leading processes across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of B2B Marketing and media activation.
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience.
• Ability to solve problems and manage stakeholders.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation and prioritizing abilities.
• Organized with an eye for detail.
