Overview

The Associate Director (m/w/d), Retail Media, Campaigns & Operations plays a central role in the development and optimization of our retail media activities. You ensure a seamless integration of strategy, planning, activation, and operational processes to maximize value for our customers.

In Short

• Responsible for the entire media workflow, from strategic consulting to media planning and operations.
• Leading an international, decentralized team of campaign managers and operations managers.
• Development and implementation of cross-country standards to ensure excellence in quality and operational execution.
• Ensuring efficient budget allocation and optimal media mix recommendations.
• Supporting campaign managers in creating customer-specific retail media strategies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a media agency, ideally with leadership responsibilities and deep knowledge in media strategy and planning.
• Experience in the retail media environment is advantageous.
• Strong affinity for data and analytical skills to create performance benchmarks.
• High level of communication skills to persuade customers and internal stakeholders.
