  • Meet or exceed key recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage multiple job requisitions efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in performance marketing.
  • Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, and related fields.
  • Ability to create effective sourcing plans using various strategies.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Experience recruiting in North America and the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and competitive.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across countries.
