We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who can build a strong hiring process around real business needs, not just fill roles.

In Short

• Manage multiple hiring streams across business, software, and hardware.
• Own 3–4 streams in parallel without losing speed or quality.
• Design search and assessment processes with hiring managers.
• Build a deep understanding of each role and candidate profile.
• Source strong candidates proactively to build a consistent pipeline.
• Test different sourcing channels and outreach approaches.
• Use data to improve hiring process efficiency and quality.
• Provide market feedback to the business regarding hiring expectations.
• Communicate effectively with candidates to sell the role.
• Drive searches to achieve strong shortlists and quality hires.

Requirements

• Experience as a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter in a high-bar hiring environment.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills for high-quality candidates.
• Experience in building search and assessment processes.
• A data-driven mindset for recruiting as a system.
• Experience using data to improve process quality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to sell opportunities effectively.
• High ownership and a focus on results.
