In Short

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for candidates.
• Drive a structured interview process reflecting Hone's values.
• Negotiate and extend job offers in partnership with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse ATS.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Help refine recruiting infrastructure as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3+ years recruiting for digital marketing roles.
• Experience in healthtech or telemedicine preferred.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
