In Short

• Directs and manages a variety of enterprise technology programs and projects.
• Defines, tracks, and communicates program and project scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables.
• Estimates resources needed and negotiates with teams to acquire them.
• Identifies, tracks, and resolves risks and issues related to delivery.
• Develops and implements product management methodologies.
• Uses business process improvement methodology to optimize processes.
• Applies organizational change management methodologies.
• Leads successful digital/business transformation initiatives.
• Translates strategy into execution using frameworks like OKRs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Process Management / Improvement certification.
• Organizational Change Management certification.
• Program / Project Management certification.
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
• Specific Banking as a Service experience.
• 5+ years of experience with business process improvement methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with organizational change management methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with digital/business transformation.
• Coaching / teaching capabilities.
