Overview

The Solutions Engineer will act as the primary technical liaison for customers, ensuring successful integration and implementation of the ArcSpan AMS Platform and audience tools suite.

In Short

Act as the primary technical liaison for customers.
Lead technical onboarding and training for new customers.
Partner with Customer Success teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams for product improvements.
Work closely with external AdTech and MarTech partners.
Develop and document integration best practices and guides.
Stay updated with industry trends in data privacy and audience monetization.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in digital media, AdTech, or MarTech.
Hands-on experience integrating with advertising platforms.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and audience segmentation.
Technical expertise in APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based data processing.
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations.
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
