Requirements

• 15 years of experience with Federal clients, focusing on DHS.
• Strong business development skills and relationships with Federal entities.
• Knowledge of client organizational structures and procurement processes.
• Entrepreneurial orientation with strong leadership skills.
• Experience leading a team of professionals.
• Business acumen in strategy development and pricing.
• Familiarity with the SF330 process.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
