• Your aim is to shape the area of Information Security Management at carmasec to be future-proof and economically successful.
• You will develop the vision and strategy for your area.
• You are responsible for the portfolio of Information Security Management.
• You will work with management to develop strategies for long-term company success.
• You will coordinate external communication content with stakeholders like marketing and sales.
• You will establish methodological frameworks for client projects.
• You will oversee ongoing projects and the expertise of employees in the area.
• You will decide on personnel development in the area.
• You will be responsible for revenue planning in your area.
• You will prioritize projects and ensure strategic alignment with company goals.
• You will conduct your own consulting projects related to information security for our clients.

Requirements

• You are self-organized and can efficiently plan work processes.
• Your leadership skills and communication strength stand out.
• You have several years of practical experience in information security or IT risk management.
• You understand market and customer requirements and develop sustainable solutions based on this.
• Nice to have: Proficient in consulting methods like time management, project management, and quality management.
• Nice to have: Experience in leading and strategically developing an area.
• Nice to have: Agile mindset and initial experience with agile methods like OKR or Scrum.
