Sagent is seeking an Information Security Manager to join a growing team in our Chennai, India location responsible for securing next-generation, cloud-native financial technology systems. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will play a critical role working with and leading a skilled team across several domains of information security including security operations, identity access management, application security, infrastructure security and business continuity. As an Information Security Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our organizations’ cybersecurity landscape while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience in cloud-based security.
• Proven technical leadership skills.
• Knowledge of security tools like IDS/IPS, EDR, and WAF.
• Experience managing cybersecurity incidents.
• Exceptional international communication skills.
• Understanding of software security risks (OWASP top 10).
• Experience with application security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
