We are looking for a Department Head for New Markets in full-time and permanent employment.

In Short

• Complete department management, including proposal presentations and negotiations, contract negotiations, lectures, and presentations at conferences.
• Responsibility for the implementation and management of international projects in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and governance consulting.
• Ensuring the successful execution of funded projects through tenders.
• Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams in various countries.
• International consulting as well as development and implementation of strategic measures.
• Building and expanding the network with funding banks and development banks (KfW, ADB, World Bank, etc.) and potential public and private clients.

Requirements

• Completed technical degree in renewable energy, civil engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in international project business.
• Proven successes in leading and implementing international projects.
• Experience abroad and high willingness to travel.
• Solid knowledge in risk management, budgeting, and project controlling.
• Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and decisiveness.
• At least fluent English and German or another foreign language.
