Overview

Michael Baker International is seeking an energetic leader to work remotely and collaborate with technical leaders to prepare winning proposals and presentations. The Federal Proposal Specialist II will partner with Capture Managers to jointly lead the development of Federal market proposals and interviews within the company’s best practices framework.

• Compensation range of $90,000 - $105,000.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
• 6-8 years of proposal development experience.
• Knowledge of AEC industry and Standard Form 330.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with GovWin and Deltek Vision is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strategic thinking abilities.
• Effective time management skills.
