Proposal Specialist I - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a Proposal Specialist I to join our Buildings + Places team and work in collaboration with the West Region business development and operations team on pursuits, including partnering in the preparation of formal and informal client solicitations.

In Short

• Assist with small to medium proposal/LOIs/SOQs.
• Create proposal schedules and templates.
• Develop compliance matrices and schedules for content development.
• Support writing and editing of proposals.
• Participate in color reviews and coordinate proposal review meetings.
• Manage implementation of proposal and presentation revisions.
• Support Go/No Go analysis conversations.
• Participate in internal debriefs as part of the pursuit team.
• Understand and follow company quality procedures.
• Perform self-check of work prior to submission for review.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 1 year of experience in proposal activity.
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and tools.
• Strong knowledge of InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams.
• Understanding of CRM Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and details concurrently.
• Ability to produce accurate and compliant work independently.
