Proposal Specialist IV - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Proposal Specialist IV to join our West Region Marketing team. This role will work in collaboration with business development and operations team on pursuits, including partnering in the preparation of formal and informal client solicitations.

In Short

• Leads medium to large proposals and presentations.
• Creates annotated outlines and content plans.
• Facilitates color reviews and quality reviews.
• Participates in go/no-go analyses.
• Completes internal debriefs for proposals.
• May support marketing or pursuits strategy.
• Coaches entry-level proposal team members.
• Performs self-check of work prior to submission.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of the A/E industry.
• Knowledge of marketing best practices.
• Strong knowledge of InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with collaborative tools.
• Understanding of CRM Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience demonstrating leadership qualities.
