Proposal Specialist - 2655 - Remote

Overview

The Proposal Specialist will support business development efforts by developing proposals in accordance with client RFP requirements, working closely with Project Managers to highlight staff qualifications and previous experience.

In Short

• Develop proposals and qualifications packages for clients
• Provide writing and editing support to Project Managers
• Collaborate with other Proposal Specialists and marketing staff
• Work with Graphic Designer for effective proposal graphics
• Coordinate with subconsultants and primes
• Conduct research to support proposal development
• Assist with presentations for shortlisted proposals
• Maintain master proposal information
• Ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or Humanities
• 5+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in the AEC Industry
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, communication, writing, and editing skills
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Unanet CRM preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
