Proposal Specialist III - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Proposal Specialist III to work in collaboration with the West Region business development and operations team on pursuits, including partnering in the preparation of formal and informal client solicitations.

In Short

• Spearhead the end-to-end proposal development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates and content libraries.
• Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously.
• Analyze win/loss data to improve proposal strategies.
• Mentor junior proposal team members.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts for technical content.
• Conduct thorough reviews and edits of proposals.
• Stay current with industry trends to inform proposal strategies.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of effective proposal strategy development.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing and management preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in proposal writing and project management.
• Strong analytical skills for RFP/RFQ analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a relevant industry preferred.
• APMP certification preferred.
