Proposal Specialist II - Remote

Overview

AECOM is looking for a Proposal Specialist II to join its Federal Marketing team, working with specialized teams across Architecture, Engineering, and Environment sectors.

In Short

• Assist with large proposals for Federal clients.
• Participate in go/no-go assessments and capture planning.
• Lead proposal processes for Federal Task Orders and IDIQ proposals.
• Serve as lead writer/editor for proposals.
• Facilitate color team reviews and manage proposal revisions.
• Support internal debriefs and client feedback reviews.
• Provide guidance to entry-level proposal team members.
• Participate in presentation preparation.
• Utilize CRM software for data management.
• Work in a hybrid environment combining remote and in-office work.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 2 years of experience in proposal activity.
• Foundational knowledge of proposal best practices.
• 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Understanding of effective proposal writing and production.
• Experience with SAM.gov, GovWin, and Salesforce preferred.
