Overview

The Sales / New Business Manager will drive MGID’s growth in Ukraine by acquiring SMB advertisers and performance agencies, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

  • Work with direct SMB advertisers and agencies to match their goals with MGID’s solutions.
  • Promote MGID’s native advertising platform and communicate its value.
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline independently.
  • Analyze the market for new client segments and growth opportunities.
  • Develop media plans that meet advertiser objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure campaign performance.
  • Forecast and report on pipeline status and revenue progress.
  • Maintain organized records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Represent MGID at meetings and industry events in Ukraine.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in performance-based channels.
  • Confident negotiator and presenter.
  • Thrives in KPI-driven sales environments.
  • Analytical and adaptable to market changes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition.
  • Organized, reliable, and resilient under pressure.
  • Higher education degree and eagerness to learn.
