Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time people management experience.
  • 3+ years leading full-cycle SaaS Account Executives in quota-carrying roles.
  • Proven record of exceeding new business revenue targets.
  • Skilled at translating sales performance data into coaching.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Proficient with HubSpot, Asana, Notion, Gong, Slack, Google Suite.
