Overview

The Ophthalmology Sales Lead will be responsible for selling MERIT’s products and services in ophthalmology, building long-term relationships with clients, and increasing market share through effective sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a healthcare or service-related environment.
  • Proven B2B sales experience in ophthalmology preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ophthalmology products and industry dynamics.
  • BA or BS degree from a four-year college preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
