Overview

The Youth Employment Start-Up Team Lead will oversee the inception phase of the EC Youth program, ensuring strategic planning and effective collaboration with various stakeholders to meet program objectives in Sudan.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field; MS preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in managing development or humanitarian programs.
• Experience with donor engagement and program design.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Background in cash and markets programming.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in youth employment and enterprise development.
• Ability to work in insecure environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
• Experience working in Sudan is highly preferred.
