Requirements

• Experience in financial sector diagnostics and program implementation.
• Strong proposal development and technical writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in complex environments.
• Familiarity with digital financial services is essential.
• Experience with Sharia-compliant financial products is a plus.
• Fluency in English; other languages are preferred.
• Ability to translate technical analysis into actionable recommendations.
