MEL Tech Automation Lead - Remote

Overview

The MEL Tech Automation Lead will support emergency response and complex program start-up by leading the design and implementation of MEL Technology plans, ensuring effective data collection, management, and analysis.

Requirements

• BA/S or equivalent in relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of field experience in emergency/development programs.
• 2 years in a senior MEL or MEL Technology role.
• Experience with CommCare and Power BI is required.
• Hands-on expertise in data systems design and implementation.
• Experience in data engineering/databasing platforms preferred.
• Ability to manage data pipelines and automated workflows.
• Experience building and training MEL digital systems.
• Proficient in at least one of Mercy Corps' working languages.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring staff.
