Overview

We are looking for an HR Tech & Automation Lead to be the "Force Multiplier" for the People & Talent team, aiming to decouple the Unit's output from its headcount by re-architecting legacy processes into scalable automated systems.

In Short

  • Redesign the offer-to-onboarding workflow to a fully automated system.
  • Identify manual tasks and implement API-based automations.
  • Own the strategic modeling for Salary Grids.
  • Lead the creation of internal AI agents for employee queries.
  • Deploy AI enhancements for recruiting processes.

  • Maintain high standards and accountability.
  • Utilize low-code tools for process improvements.
  • Drive the adoption of AI tools within the team.

Requirements

  • Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., ActivePieces, Make, Zapier).
  • Strong understanding of compensation strategy and data modeling.
  • Ability to manage sensitive topics related to compensation.
  • Experience in process architecture and automation.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in HR.
  • Product/engineering mindset with a focus on systems thinking.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading projects in HR tech.
  • Willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback.
