Overview

As a Test Automation Lead at Flipster, you will lead the Test Automation team, focusing on building and operating scalable automated testing infrastructure to ensure product quality across development and release pipelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation engineering.
• Deep understanding of test automation’s role in the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Appium, Selenium, and Python-based frameworks.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or similar.
• Proven experience leading or managing test automation engineers or teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
