• Experience managing growth budgets and ROI.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Deep understanding of funnel metrics and performance analytics.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or another APAC language is a plus.
