• Lead and improve Test Automation on client engagements.
• Assess existing automation codebases for enhancements.
• Develop and implement automation strategies using various frameworks.
• Integrate automation into DevOps pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of test automation experience.
• 3+ years leading Test Automation teams.
• Experience with Appium and Playwright frameworks.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Experience with web and mobile application testing.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Team player with cross-cultural sensitivity.
