We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CI/CD Test Automation Lead to spearhead our test automation initiatives within the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

In Short

Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers.
Develop scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure compliance with DoD Software Modernization Strategy.
Establish continuous testing practices.
Utilize tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
Implement monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
Manage test automation projects.
Provide technical consulting to product lines.
Promote DevOps and test automation practices.

Requirements

Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
7-10 years of experience in software development and automated testing.
Strong understanding of DoD software modernization strategies.
Proficiency with test automation tools like Selenium and Cypress.
Expertise with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Project management experience.
