Automation Team Lead - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Enterprise automation team, you will develop highly scalable and efficient automation solutions using a combination of the latest technology stack and legacy technologies for internal and external DTCC consumers.

In Short

• Lead a team of 10-15 developers delivering automated solutions.
• Drive an Agile delivery team building high-quality work products.
• Support multiple production application releases and maintenance.
• Develop trusted partnerships with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Apply understanding of automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Ensure policies and procedures align with risk and control landscape.
• Identify and report on End User Computing Applications (EUCAs).
• Collaborate with Business Architects for future-state processes.
• Secure and manage automation budgets.
• Research and evaluate new technologies for automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing automation teams in finance.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft products, including MS-Access and SQL Server.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions using workflow tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns in automation.
• Experience with ETL tools like Informatica and SSIS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills in distributed teams.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Background in Python or Perl is a huge plus.
