Automation Team Lead - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Enterprise automation team, you will develop highly scalable and efficient automation solutions using a combination of the latest technology stack like Low Code No Code, data manipulation, and Analytics tools along with legacy technologies for internal and external DTCC consumers.

In Short

• Lead a team of 10-15 developers delivering automated solutions.
• Drive an Agile delivery team that builds high-quality and scalable work products.
• Support multiple production application releases and maintenance windows.
• Develop trusted partnerships with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Apply understanding of automation tools to improve risk and efficiency.
• Ensure policies and procedures align with changing risk landscapes.
• Balance automation delivery with timely responses to regulatory requests.
• Collaborate with Business Architects for future-state processes.
• Research and evaluate new technologies for automation.
• Contribute to the strategy development for DTCC’s process automation program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing automation teams in the financial sector.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft products including MS-Access and SQL Server.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions using workflow tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns impacting automation.
• Experience with ETL tools like Informatica and SSIS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills in distributed teams.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Background in Python or Perl is a huge plus.
