Overview

The Senior MEL Manager will lead the monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts for Mercy Corps, focusing on capacity development and ensuring effective program implementation.

In Short

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
• Experience in developing multi-sectoral studies.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with adult learning and adaptive management.
• Excellent facilitation and training skills.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members.
• Experience in risk management practices.
