Overview

The Sr. Manager, Learning Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and execution of the organization’s learning operations ensuring successful delivery, optimal learner experience, and alignment with business goals.

• Manage and optimize the operational rhythm of the Learning Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in learning operations or training leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Advanced project management skills; PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with learning technologies and analytics.
