Overview

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will own the growth of 8 to 10 strategic enterprise accounts, collaborating with sales and internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and account retention.

  • Build deep relationships with stakeholders in each account.
  • Ensure account retention and year-over-year growth.
  • Coordinate sales, creative, and production teams.
  • Proactively scope new opportunities within accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and account documentation.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
  • Travel approximately 10% of the time.
  • Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in account management or B2B sales.
  • Experience in managing complex enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of account retention and growth.
  • Fluency in CRM tools like NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Production knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Accountability and discipline in managing client interactions.
  • Commercial acumen to identify client needs.
