Overview

The Key Account Manager role focuses on building strong relationships and solving technical challenges for customers in the Americas, particularly in Central and South America.

In Short

  • Deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to develop solutions.
  • Maintain CRM sales forecasts and provide updates on opportunities.
  • Develop strategic sales plans and guide quoting activities.
  • Support negotiations with Finance and Legal teams.
  • Recommend alternative solutions for product capabilities.
  • Coordinate with Aftermarket teams for installation issues.
  • Stay updated on products and market trends.
  • Contribute to product development efforts.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Dependability and integrity in managing responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the month.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ERP tools, and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business preferred.
