Overview

The Event Project Manager is responsible for the success of our clients' most important internal and client-facing events, ensuring their vision becomes reality while managing project scope, timelines, and budgets.

In Short

• Lead numerous events managing project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event execution process.
• Build genuine connections with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Manage logistics with vendors and maintain budget oversight.
• Travel approximately 20% of the time to oversee events on-site.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Ensure high-quality execution of events in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of event industry experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse personalities.
• Curiosity in technical and creative aspects of event production.
