Overview

The Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast Territory will work to establish and grow the contractor and distributor base for Tyler Pipe and McWane Plumbing Group in the cast iron and coupling market.

• Represent McWane Plumbing Group and Tyler Pipe Texas positively.
• Manage time and budgets for the West Coast Territory.
• Establish presence to gather market insights.
• Collaborate with Manufacturer Representative agencies.
• Maintain knowledge of distributors and companies in the territory.
• Track contractors' current jobs and activity.
• Perform administrative duties and submit reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with all commerce entities.

Requirements

• Must reside in or relocate to the West Coast Territory.
• Willing to travel frequently throughout the territory.
• At least five years of industry experience.
• A minimum of five years of sales experience.
• Excellent driving record required.
• Strong technical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
