Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives for the McWane Plant & Industrial product portfolio within the designated territory. This role involves building relationships with stakeholders and driving results through effective communication and motivation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in mechanical or industrial sectors.
  • Ability to write and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making.
  • Strong initiative and self-direction.
