The Enterprise Account Executive at Matillion is responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales to enterprise customers, managing relationships, and developing strategies to acquire new clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in technology solution-selling.
  • Proven success in achieving $1M+ ARR quotas and managing strategic customers.
  • Track record of sourcing, managing, and developing new customers.
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC and ValueSelling.
  • Ability to translate technical challenges to business value.
  • Experience with large enterprise software contracts and RFP processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities across the sales cycle.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in both start-up and enterprise environments preferred.
