  • Drive sales efforts to achieve annual targets for new customers.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and validating inbound leads.
  • Develop territory plans and strategies for new logo acquisition.
  • Oversee customer communication from discovery calls to technical support.
  • Apply MEDDPICC principles for opportunity management.
  • Build and manage relationships with partners to enhance sales reach.
  • Educate partners on Matillion's unique value.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience required.
  • Proven success in achieving sales quotas and managing strategic customers.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in start-up and enterprise environments preferred.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in technology solutions.
  • Success in exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas and closing six-figure deals.
  • Track record of sourcing and managing new customers.
  • Sales methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, Force Management).
  • Negotiation and closing skills with a record of achieving targets.
  • Experience in both start-up and enterprise environments preferred.
