Overview

This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies within the Commercial Distribution channel to drive profitable growth and increase market share.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience negotiating with senior leaders at key customers.
  • High integrity and ethical standards.
  • Superior communication skills at all levels.
  • Proven record of expanding sales and market share.
  • Disciplined approach to planning and problem-solving.
  • Financial acumen for sustainable outcomes analysis.
