The Regional Director of Sales & Distribution will oversee the sales and distribution team in the North Central region, playing a crucial role in driving the launch and expansion of Gorilla Energy in the US market.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods.
  • 5+ years in leading sales teams in beverage or snacks.
  • 2+ years in DSD management.
  • Ability to think creatively and drive business growth.
  • Strong belief in fostering a positive team culture.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Position requires significant travel.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000.
