Overview

The Regional Director of Sales & Distribution will oversee the entire region's sales and distribution team for Gorilla Energy, driving the launch and expansion of the brand in the US market.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods.
  • 5+ years leading regional or national sales teams.
  • 2+ years in DSD management.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive team culture.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $160,000 - $190,000.
  • Annual bonus potential of 25% of salary.
