Overview

The Client Account Executive plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by expanding relationships within an existing portfolio of clients. This position focuses on identifying new opportunities within current accounts, strengthening client partnerships, and delivering solutions that provide continuous business value.

In Short

  • Drive account growth through strategic expansion initiatives.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Support renewals and retention efforts.
  • Increase client adoption of managed services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity offerings.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Proactively uncover client business challenges and align solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting within CRM systems.
  • Deliver high-quality client experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 1–3 years of B2B inside sales or account management experience.
  • Prior experience selling technology solutions in a consultative environment.
  • Strong understanding of MSP service models and service delivery concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
