Client Account Executive - Remote

Overview

As a Client Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of high-value clients and drive growth, retention, and satisfaction through strategic use of data and technology solutions.

In Short

• Own client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Identify client challenges and propose solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Act as the General Manager for assigned accounts.
• Partner with sales, product, PMO, data engineering, and support teams.
• Provide executive oversight and guidance to internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for upsell and account growth.
• Track KPIs and success metrics to measure client engagement outcomes.
