• Position: Partnerships Manager for Small & Medium-sized Businesses (SMB)
• Lead long and complex sales processes from beginning to end
• Engage with HR departments to evaluate mental health benefits
• Utilize storytelling as a key skill in communication
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides
• Exceed annual quotas for bringing in new employer partners
• Educate HR leaders about the US mental health care system
• Negotiate with senior HR, Finance, and Procurement executives
• Document deal progress for business growth
• Coordinate with Customer Success team for implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in sales, business development, or consulting
• Preferred experience in SMB sales
• Tenacious and persistent approach
• Skilled negotiator
• Interest in understanding the US healthcare system
• Passion for mental health
• Intellectually curious
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Quantitative skills with a love for data analysis
